Microsoft was kind enough to release some updated media in MVLS that is patched to October's Patch Tuesday updates

These have also made their way to WSUS as Feature Updates, also reflecting October's Patches. So is this a trend going forward ... Updating their latest media monthly? Stay Tuned!

Microsoft Edge

This is new for Windows 10 1803, 1809, 1903, 1909, and 2004 and they are tagged as Optional

If you are using OSDBuilder, then Edge can be added to an OSBuild. You just need to make sure you download it before running the OSBuild as Optional Updates don't download automatically

Offline Servicing Windows 7 past July 2019 is officially dead. This is due to the change from SHA1 to SHA2 for Microsoft Updates. To resolve this issue for OSDBuilder, OSDSUS is using a different internal Branch and going forward, so no more Windows 7 updates will be released for OSDBuilder past July 2019.

I'll probably have to do the same for Windows Server 2012 R2, but not today
